Chapter Two: Return of the Shadow By Krystal

Warning: Lots of ironic and sarcastic, and funny stuff will be happening in this chapter. This won't happen in many other chapters. I'm just reeeeeeeally hyper.

"So," Shadow said quietly, still not moving his mouth, "What do you think." The column of digizoid was completely demolished. So was half of the lab.

"WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU WERE DOING!?!?" Eggman roared, "IT TOOK ME YEARS TO BUILD THIS LAB!!!" Shadow looked around.

"So…?" he asked, "What's your point?" Eggman started to shake with anger. Shadow wasn't listening to him. Even under his control! That was it. He would make Shadow listen to him, no matter what! He pulled out a remote control and smiled wickedly. It had a lightning bolt marked on it.

"Hey, Shadow," he called. Shadow turned. "Do you know what this is?" Shadow took the control from him and read a small label conveniently placed on the back. He raised up the controller and was about to smash it on the ground, when Eggman pulled out another one. Shadow smashed the first controller and tried to snatch the other from Dr. Eggman, but Eggman was ready for him and pulled it out of the way. He raised the controller and pointed it at Shadow's robotic neck. Shadow's eyes widened. He smiled nervously at Eggman. Eggman smiled evilly.

"Shadow," he said with a slight laugh, "You know what this will do. So now you will obey me, or I will be forced to use…force. Also apologize and call me the 'Smartest Scientific Genius In The World'"

"Please…master…you don't want to go that…far…do you?" Shadow asked nervously.

"And why don't I?" Eggman asked him, "Tell me. I'm listening."

"…because you're the smartest scientific genius in the world…" Shadow mumbled.

"What's that?" Eggman said sarcastically, "I couldn't hear you."

"I said 'because you're the smartest scientific genius in the world'!" Shadow yelled. Eggman smiled. Then thought awhile.

"I'm still gonna push the button!" he said maliciously, and pushed the button. 1,000 volts of electricity went through Shadow's metallic body.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!" Shadow screamed in pain. If it weren't for the fact that the roboticizer had made him completely immortal, he would have exploded. The pain was incredible!

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!…

Everyone in Sonic's humongous house woke with a start. Shadows scream of pain had echoed for miles. Sonic and Tails ran into each other as they ran to the wide-screen T.V. in the basement. As they got up, wincing slightly, and all of the sudden, a second scream tore through the air. Sonic looked up sharply.

"Tails…?" Sonic asked, "Did that sound like…"

"Shadow?" Tails finished.

"Good, I'm not hearing things!" Sonic half-joked, "But, how could Shadow be alive?"

"Hmmmmm." Tails thought, "Now that I think of it, there are several theories I can think of. Come on, I'll tell you them." And with that, Sonic and Tails sat down and watched T.V. while Tails explained many ways Shadow could have survived.
