when Shad and I got home, every one was asleep, that was a good thing. Shad slept in my bed, and I slept on the couch. I couldn't really see what Shad looked like out side in the dark, but when we got home, I could see. She looked just like me. She had pink stripes on the tips of her quills, arms, and legs. She had a circle of white fur on her chest, and pink shoes. She also had an earring only in her left ear.

The next morning was a disaster....Rouge was the first one to see Shad.

"Shadow wake up...*yawn*.... it's your turn to make breakfast," said Rouge to Shad, thinking it was me.

"...huh? *opened one eye*......Breakfast? Where?" said Shad in a sleepy voice.

"Shadow? Your voice sounds a little high, are you feeling ok?"

"I am not Shadow, my name is Shad....."

"WHAT THE HELL?!?!?!?! YOUR NOT SHADOW.....WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN HIS BED?!?! WHERE IS SHADOW?!?!?"

"Stop asking so many questions, it's too early......now .......*yawn*.....goodnight" Shad went back to sleep.

"Hey!!! You wake up you idiot!!! I am not leaving this room until I know what's going on here!!!" yelled Rouge, shaking Shad.

"HEY!!!!! CAN'T A GIRL GET SOME BEAUTY SLEEP?!?!?" Shad started to tug on Rouges ears. X P

"HEY!!! Stop that!!!" Rouge started to pull the earring in Shad's left ear.

"Ouch!! Hey!! Quiet pull-"

"What's going on.......um...uh Rouge, good- good morning" I said just walking in the room. ^^;;;;;

"NO, BAD MORNING!!! Who is this girl? What is she doing in YOUR bed?"

"Well, um...uh....I can answer this...."

"He's my daddy!!! And I love him so much!!!" Said Shad running to hug Shadow.

"Rouge!! I can explain....really!!!" Well.....actually no, I can't. How sad...^^;;;;; "Hey Shad can you go downstairs for a second, Rouge and I have to talk."

"Sure, anything for my sweet loving daddy!!!!" Shad kissed me on the cheek, and left the room.

"So, Shadow, who is she?" asked Rouge.

"The truth is, I don't know. I only met her last night. I think she has me confused with some one else."

"I am not sure about that."

"WHAT?!?! You think that that girl is my daughter?!?!"

"Well, no.....but what hedgehog has pink on the tips of their quills? Its quintet....and she looks just like you. I am not really saying that she is your daughter, but there is a small chance."

"I am, disgusted by that.......Who the hell knew that I would get married, and have a......."

"What...?"

"Marry??"

"........*burst out laughing* YOU, GET MARRIED, PLEASE!!!! WHO THE HELL WOULD MARRY YOU??? I BET SOME DUMBASS WOULD???" Rouge said in laughter.

"SHUT THE FUCK UP ROUGE!!!"

"Fine, Fine, I'll stop *trying to keep a straight face*"

"Well, right now....I am gonna ask Shad who's her mother..."

"Good plan........daddy *mimicking Shad's high voice*"

".......fuck off Rouge" I didn't know what to think....was she my daughter or not? It was confusing.
