When I got to the ARK, it looked like nothing had changed. I was in a long hallway. It was dark and quiet. Then I heard a scream, I rushed down the hallway, trying to find the source of the sound. There was a little light at the end. When I got to the light, I found myself in a little room. Virus was there.

"It's about time you got here. I was getting impatient." Said Virus with Shad helpless in his arms.

"Virus let her go."

"Why?!?! You don't love her!!! You hardly even know her!!! I knew this beautiful hedgehog all my life!!" Said Virus with a tear in his eye, holding Shad tighter. He gave Shad a passionate kiss. Shad had a little brose on her cheek, probably why I heard a scream. Shad seemed awake, but her eyes were closed tight. "It just makes me sick that I can't kill you."

"Why can't you kill me?"

"Because stupid, Shad won't be born! I love her. But you couldn't stand me in my time! You couldn't take it, so you took her away from me, bastard!!

"Then why did you drag me all the way here if you can't even kill me?"

"heheheheh.....I dragged you here, to kill her, Shad. I want you to be in pain. It wont' make a difference, if I kill her here in the past. She will still be born. I just want you to see the show, that's all!!"

"You are one sick hedgehog, Virus." The blood inside me started to boil. I wanted Virus's hands off Shad. I couldn't take it any more. Angry as hell, I started to run toward Virus, but then something unexpected happened. Virus pulled out a surprise, a gun. "I love you, Shad," Virus whispered in Shad's ear. He put the gun to Shad's chest, and then fired.

*gasp* I stopped in my tracks," SHAD!!! YOU FUCKING SN OF A BITCH!! WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?!?!?" I yelled at Virus.

"Just trying to make your life a living hell. Don't worry, your precious Shad is fine. She'll be born in 2 years from now." Then Virus put Shad down on the floor. He then pulled out a chaos emerald. "Chaos time!!" a shiny light came, when the light show was over, he was gone. He probably went back to his own time. I hurried over to Shad. I held her tightly in my arms.

"Shad, baby, are you ok?"

"Daddy?" Shad squinted her eyes. "Where are we?"

"Don't worry about that, you just rest here." Shad was trembling, scared stiff.

"Daddy? Do you remember Mommy?" When she asked this, there was a long and uncomfortable pause.

"Yes, I remember her. She was beautiful, just like you." I gave her a little hug, but trying not to hurt her wound.

"Daddy, I love you." Shad closed her eyes. A tear, a precious tear fell from Shad's closed eyes. She stopped shaking, and I could no longer heard her panting.

"I love you too, Shad the hedgehog." I kissed her on her cheek. Somehow, I knew this wasn't the end. Virus is going to keep haunghting me. I knew, I was going to see Shad again, and Virus. I am gonna have to keep an eye out. Someday, I'll settle this, once and for all!!
